WELCOME! We have been waiting with bated breath for WE Stamp to open, and here we are!

We will be sharing with you our love of papercrafting, scrapbooking, and stamping with lots of projects for beginners to advanced alike!

We're proud to be New Zealand Stampin' Up! demonstrators and we're specificially aiming our projects towards "down-under" customers and demonstrators by using products that are available to us in New Zealand and Australia. Our first round of WE Stamp will begin on 15 JULY and run for three whole weeks.

A ONE LAYER CARD? ARE YOU KIDDING???

The hardest challenge for me is a simple one-layer card - I really want to add embellishments and ribbon!  So I set myself a personal challenge to make a one-layer card with no embellishments (glitter isn't really an embellishment, is it??)

Really, it's just one layer!  I used the curly label punch to punch out the 3 shapes and used repositionable tape to hold them in place, then I added a faux tear down the middle by tearing a piece of scrap paper and also sticking that in place temporarily while I brayered over top of the lot with Kiwi Kiss!    I simply removed the temporary pieces and stamped in my images, coloured a few touches of colour and a little glitter (you have to give me something!).

Super clean, super simple, and super cheap (just 21 cents per card - can't get better than that!!)

A Challenge for you.

Hello! It’s great to be back to show you a card challenge we have for you ALL to participate in – of course, for those who do, there will be another entry into the blog candy draw!

This is a C&S challenge (Clean & Simple), and is one of the easiest challenges you can possibly take part in – the only rule is “Keep It Simple & Clean”. That just means limited layering & limited embellishments. Once you’ve created your card, (which should only take you about 10 minutes!) just upload it to your blog and link it here using Mr Linky! A GIVE-AWAY .. and more boxes!

WOW - we have been overwhelmed by the excitement that has been generated by the opening of the WE Stamp blog this week! Over 600 hits to our blog in the last 2 days has just blown us away - THANK YOU!! For your wonderful emails and congratulations - THANK YOU!!

I did mention GIVE-AWAY, didn't I?? Here are two more boxes made by Cherie. How about we give away two of our adorable boxes, complete with the Guylian Chocolates in them, to a random commenter?? Another Chocolate Box to inspire you.

A free project, just to get you all started!

That's right - we did say FREE stuff, so to start off, we are offering you all a wonderful project that we are providing for everyone FREE! This is a Guylian Chocolate Box, and we have a template for you to download and print directly onto cardstock - how easy is that??

What we would love for you to do is to create this project yourself, then take a photo and upload your photo onto either your blog or an online gallery, linking to our blog. Once you've done that, come back to westamp.blogspot.com and leave the link to your creation using Mister Linky below - super simple! Please post only to the individual blog entry, not just to your blog.

Everyone who posts a link here will be entered again into the draw for our fabulous give-away.
